Supply chain system planning and designing is precondition and foundation of supply chain management. But, logistics network facility location is one of the important strategic problems in terms of systematic design of supply chain. In consideration of practical application, this paper makes supplement and improvement based on the defect of existing location approach. It brings in the concept of triangular fuzzy number, proposes comprehensive assessment location approach in logistics network facility of supply chain based on triangular fuzzy number. The procedure of assessment facility location is easy to program, spread and apply. Finally, the feasibly of such location approach is elaborated based on a case.
