Based on business characteristic of the Individual-tourist Scattered Meeting(ISM), This paper has structured the multi-objective model of ISM with the vehicle number and the running time of every vehicle in way minimized as target, And have realized the model solution with Genetic Algorithm (GA), which designed by a new coding method based vehicle serial number and time-window, and a fitness function with the weight modulus for satisfying the decision-maker preference.
