The system which is road traffic congestion information independently collecting and dynamic transmitting based on Vehicular Ad hoc Network (VANET) is a novel traffic service mode which faces the road traffic congestion information, and it mainly focuses on road traffic congestion information independently collecting, integrating, processing and dynamic transmitting through the vehicle itself traveling mobility and vehicle information resources. First, on the basis of studying the system mode, a corresponding system model is built. Moreover, the rationality and effect of this model is evaluated and analyzed by traffic simulation system. Furthermore, the simulation results of the system mode and its associated model in automatic collection and dynamic transmission of traffic congestion information show the certain feasibility, and it will be required further studies to the dynamic propagation of information in complex road network.
