The park-and-ride financial subsidy of urban rail transit involves many areas. Constructing a workable model and optimizing the calculating method is an important topic to develop park-and-ride services sustainably. Combined with the operational data of the park-and-ride system in Beijing, the paper proposes two subsidy-calculating models, the amount of subsidy model based on external effects and the correlation coefficient subsidy model; then puts forward the operational subsidy-calculating model in practical application; and estimates the amount of financial subsidy of park-and-ride. In this way, we can realize the maximization of the government subsidy utility and provide a theoretical basis for the subsidy calculation of urban rail transit park-and-ride.
