Actually, there are no supply logistics facilities can be used in china's new lines railway construction project. We always build a self-supply system to solve this problem, but this will take a lot of investment, cause a large number of leavings after the project completion, and also resulting in waste to the country. This paper analysis the performance of supply logistics in the project, combine them with modern logistics theory, and optimize the supply logistics mode in new lines railway construction project with the consideration of risk and cost control. The numerical example shows the proposed approach can perform well in the supply logistics option of new project.
