Bus stops are where buses can serve passengers, serving as the key link of bus line operation and organization. In order to construct a realistic bus stop capacity calculation model for bus stops, this paper first collects data from randomly selected bus stop sites and analyzes the stochastic characteristics of bus vehicles to verify the theoretical distribution of bus arrival time and dwell time. Then, on the basis of the traditional HCM model, the interaction between the buses inside the station is analyzed in depth, and the calculation model of the bus stop capacity of the bus stations with two berths considering the dwelling position of the buses is established. Finally, the combination of theoretical model analysis and simulation experiments is used to verify the reliability of the constructed model.
