Under the condition of information, traditional driver's route choice model will be revised and updated, in this paper, we established a model framework of driver's real-time dynamic route choice behaviors based on agent, and studied the realization process of the model in detail. Firstly, we established a "driver-vehicle" agent unit, and analyzed the strategic level of its driver behavior module, which included a route searching process and a route choosing process. Then, we analyzed driver's real-time dynamic route choose process, established a model framework of driver's real-time dynamic route choice behaviors. At last, we studied the realization process of the model, which included prediction and updation method of route travel time before trips and on trips, route transformation judgment and decision-making, and the re-selection process of a new route. In this paper, we divided drivers into different types, so the work of this paper could illustrate different drivers' route choice behaviors, and analyze the effect of traffic information on drivers' route choice behaviors.
