The cold chain is a special supply chain. It includes not only the characteristics of supply chain, but also the characteristics itself. This paper synthetically considers the characteristics of performance evaluation of supply chain and cold chain itself by analyzing the supply chain characteristic of cold chain. It puts forward evaluation indexes of cold chain from five parts: cold chain delivery reliability, cold chain responsiveness, cold chain decision-making ability, cold chain cost and cold chain asset management efficiency. Since it is established based on the BP (Back Propagation) Neural Network, the performance evaluation model of cold chain can be immune from the inherent subjectivity and uncertainty of traditional methods with respect to value and confident.
