Price discrimination is an important strategy for an enterprise with some degree market strenth to maximize its profit. To this end, the transport companies should make levels of differentiated prices according to the factors such as the quality of service, size of the volume, length of stay, cost of waiting, elasticity of customer demand and so on. In this paper, the price optimization model concerns the second degree price discrimination and the third degree price discrimination . This model is able to ensure the marginal cost of the transportation services consistent with the marginal cost of customer, achieving in a general equilibrium of market and offer reference and leads to the transport enterprises' reasonable price decision.
