As an important part of Mianyang logistics system, Yanting logistics’ scientific nodes planning, not only will promote the rapid development of towns and villages’ logistics in Yanting, but also will become an important link in connecting urban and rural logistics. In this paper, an optimal logistics nodes assessment framework is presented based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the fuzzy synthetic evaluation method, on the basis of extensive field study in Yanting. Urban planning logistics system node has a certain theoretical and practical significance. The main contribution of the proposed framework is that it presents a robust method for prioritization of logistics nodes to create a rational planning and to set realistic goals.
